1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phjo ("phjo," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phjo.org ("Platform," "Site," "Service"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phjo platform — including but not limited to placing bets, participating in games, making deposits, or claiming bonuses — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the phjo platform and, if applicable, close your account. phjo reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use the phjo platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling;
2. You are a natural person and not a legal entity, trust, or other organization;
3. You are accessing the phjo platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law;
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of phjo or its affiliated gaming providers;
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from phjo or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains active.

phjo is committed to preventing underage gambling. Age and identity verification is mandatory for all accounts before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at registration. Failure to complete verification may result in account suspension. Where phjo has reasonable grounds to believe a user is under 21 years of age, phjo will immediately freeze the account, conduct a mandatory review, and refund any unspent deposited funds to the verified payment source.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player may hold only one (1) active phjo account. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing self-exclusion, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information at all times. phjo reserves the right to verify all account information at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjo Login credentials. You agree to notify phjo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phjo will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security, shared credentials with third parties, or used an easily guessable password.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

phjo implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification (PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed for accounts that have not completed the required KYC verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phjo currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to applicable transaction limits and the terms of those respective payment providers. phjo reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the phjo platform at the time of transaction and are subject to change. phjo does not charge platform fees on standard deposits; fees imposed by payment providers are the player's responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed following successful KYC verification. phjo targets a processing time of thirty (30) minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) for fully verified accounts, though actual receipt times may vary depending on the payment provider. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. phjo reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending security or fraud checks.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the phjo platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

phjo is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Deposits may only be made from payment methods registered in the player's own name. phjo will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules and regulations.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All games available on the phjo platform are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific game rules expressly state otherwise.

phjo uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RNG systems are independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers via real-time HD video streaming. phjo reserves the right to void bets where technical malfunctions, software errors, or human error result in incorrect game outcomes.

Players agree to conduct themselves with courtesy and respect when using phjo's live chat features in live dealer game environments. Abusive, offensive, or threatening language directed at dealers or other players will result in immediate removal from the game environment and may result in account suspension.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

phjo offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable promotion terms.

phjo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, match betting, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account termination.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

phjo is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. The following player protection tools are available on all phjo accounts at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable by the player from the account dashboard. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notifying players of time spent in active sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account access restrictions ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited exclusion from the phjo platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During an active self-exclusion period, the player's account is inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent. Early reversal of self-exclusion is subject to phjo's review process and may not be granted.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phjo platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where appropriate:

• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods;
• Creating accounts on behalf of another person or using another person's identity;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with phjo games or systems;
• Exploiting software bugs or game errors for financial gain without promptly reporting them to phjo;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing;
• Attempting to circumvent phjo's geo-restrictions, security measures, or KYC requirements;
• Using the phjo platform for money laundering or any activity in violation of Philippine AMLA regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phjo platform — including but not limited to the phjo brand, logo, game graphics, user interface designs, software, text, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of phjo or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any phjo content without express prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjo's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. phjo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from platform use.

phjo does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from technical outages, maintenance windows, or events beyond phjo's reasonable control including force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

phjo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By using the phjo platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phjo does not sell personal data to third parties and processes data in compliance with applicable Philippine data privacy legislation.

12. Amendments to These Terms

phjo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the phjo platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phjo platform shall first be subject to phjo's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved after thirty (30) days, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate courts of the Philippines with jurisdiction over the matter.
